Are all patterns really free?

Yes! Every single pattern on Tiff's Crochet is 100% free, forever. No account needed, no credit card, no strings attached.

How do I print a pattern?

Open the pattern page and press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac). Patterns are formatted for clean printing. You can also save as PDF.

What yarn weight should I use for amigurumi?

Most of my amigurumi patterns use DK (size 3) or worsted (size 4) weight yarn. Each pattern specifies the recommended yarn weight and hook size.

I found a mistake in a pattern. What should I do?

Please email me at hello@tiffcrochets.com with the pattern name and the round/step that seems wrong. I'll fix it within 24 hours and thank you!

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes! You're welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns. Please credit "Pattern by Tiff's Crochet." You may not sell or distribute the pattern itself.

What does "magic ring" mean?

A magic ring (also called magic circle) is a technique to start amigurumi in the round. It creates an adjustable, closeable center. Check my beginner guide below!

What is the difference between sc, dc, and sl st?

sc = single crochet, dc = double crochet, sl st = slip stitch. These are the most common stitches in my patterns. Each pattern includes a full abbreviations list.
